Kolber previously worked for CBS Sports and Fox Sports. Kolber is from Pennsylvania who received her master's degree from the University of Miami. Her professional career began as a Video Coordinator at CBS Sports, New York City. She was awarded a regional Sports Emmy during her tenure with WTVJ-TV which is located in Miami. She also worked for WPLG-TV in Miami as well as WPEC-TV located in West Palm Beach, Florida. She began working for ESPN in 1993, and was one of the first anchors on ESPN2 that established. After working for ESPN2 for the next 3 years Fox Sports hired her. She was recruited in 1999 by ESPN to host "Monday Night Countdown.'
